Lorna Hopes Cert CII

Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Lorna joined the S&P Group in 2005, starting off as a support staff team member and passing various exams over the years before deciding to specialise as a Mortgage & Personal Protection Adviser.

She particularly enjoys helping first-time buyers get on the property ladder and ensures her approach involves more than just “getting someone a mortgage”; she helps clients fully understand the implications and affordability of taking on such a commitment and works to alleviate the stress and worry that dealing with this type of transaction can bring. Lorna also advises on equity release, supporting clients who wish to unlock value from their homes in later life in a safe and informed way.

Outside of work Lorna is married with two children, a labradoodle called Bailey and a badly behaved French Bulldog called Bruce! In her spare time, Lorna loves staying at Center Parcs and tries to visit Elveden at least once a year with her family.
