We are seeking an experienced Client Support to join our Head Office in Norwich.  This is an exciting opportunity to build your career at Smith & Pinching, supported by a comprehensive and structured training programme.

A bit about the job:

You will be communicating with a wide range of clients, Financial planners and providers supporting them with their queries.

You will really love making a difference in clients lives and support them in whatever means they contact us, by secure messaging, telephone or email. We need team members that will challenge the status quo and help us shape the future

Our industry can be really technical – there is a lot to learn but don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of training and support to help.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
