You can update the information we hold about you through our Client Portal by clicking on your ‘Profile’ on the home screen.
Your Profile is where you control your data, and it is organised into sections and subsections that represent different aspects of your personal and financial information. You can update these sections at any time.
You can manage your Profile for both you and your financial partner (such as a spouse), if you have consent from your partner to do so.
Your Profile is arranged into three sections;
- You and Your Family
- Home & Contact
- Your Finances
Prior to your review, we would appreciate it if you could update the ‘Your Finances’ section. This contains details about your Assets & Liabilities, Income and Expenditure.
This section also contains details about your risk profile which your adviser will discuss at your review meeting. If we require our risk questionnaire completed prior to this, we will send you a secure message through the Client Portal.
