James joined Smith & Pinching in 2014 as an independent financial adviser, having worked in Financial Services since 2011. Prior to this, he spent 5 years working within the care industry and also qualified as a tutor teaching children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
James was keen to join S&P to have the opportunity to work for a Chartered firm. He holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is working towards Chartered Financial Planner status, aiming to achieve this by 2017. He is also a member of the PFS.
Being a people person, James enjoys meeting new clients as everyone’s needs and objectives are different. His aim is to give his clients peace of mind that their financial affairs are being looked after in the best way possible.
Away from work James enjoys spending his time with his wife Aimee and son Alfie. He is a keen footballer and sports person: he represented Norwich City FC as a youth player and still plays competitively at weekends.
