How We’re Paid
The important thing to know is that we will tell you about any charges levied by us or by product providers, right from the start.
When we do our first piece of work for you, we will charge an initial fee. This may be a flat fee or an hourly rate, or it might be based on a percentage of the investments we advise upon or place on your behalf. Our first meeting or discussion with you will be free of charge.
For ongoing work, we will agree an ongoing service fee with you which will depend on the size of your portfolio and the level of reactivity you want to build into its management. Your adviser will talk you through the charges in detail before any work is done.
The value of your investment can fall as well as rise and you may get back less than you have invested.
