At S&P we have an experienced investment team that works alongside your financial planner to build an investment strategy that is suited to you, and will aim to help you achieve your life goals and aspirations.
Our clients trust us to manage over £1bn of their wealth, £650m of this through our own discretionary services*. We take this trust extremely seriously, and have a robust investment process built over many decades to continue to provide our clients with the investment experience they have come to expect.
A fundamental part of your financial plan is how your investments are arranged and managed. Your financial planner, after understanding where you are in life and what you wish to achieve, will work with our investment team to make sure your investments are set up efficiently and suited to your specific needs.
We have our own dedicated investment team who manage our clients’ portfolios. They monitor markets and trends, making changes where necessary, to provide healthy risk adjusted returns.
There is not a one size fits all approach to investing and that is why our investment team and your financial planner are able to consider a wide range of options to suit your specific needs:
Model Portfolio Ranges
We manage four ranges: Whole of Market, Ethical, Low Charge, and Passive. Each range contains ten risk levels.
We are extremely proud to be at the forefront of Ethical and Responsible investing having managed an Ethical portfolio range since 2009.
Bespoke Portfolio Management
We manage money for private clients, trusts and businesses. For some clients with specific needs, we can build a bespoke portfolio that is specifically tailored to them, thus allowing for a unique strategy.
Clients receive regular updates from our investment team, setting out their thoughts on world events and market movements. You will never be in the dark about your investment or how it is being managed.
As with any investment, there are no guarantees, and the value of investments can go down as well as up. We manage the investment risk within our portfolios to stay in line with what our investors are comfortable with. It’s so important to discuss your needs and goals with your Financial Adviser, so that your investments are managed to meet your expectations.
