General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

New rules are coming into force on 25th May 2018 that will require us to obtain your consent to hold a small amount of your personal data.  This data is mainly confined to your professional status and your consent will allow us to continue to work with you as one of our valued Professional Partners.

If we cannot obtain your consent, it will not be possible for us to remain in contact with you.  This is clearly something we want to avoid.

With this in mind, we ask that you give your consent for us to hold your name, your work email address and your work telephone number.

You may be assured that we take our data protection responsibilities very seriously.  We will treat all your data as confidential and will not process it other than for the purposes described in this email.  We will not sell your data to any third party.

Keeping in touch…

We would like to keep you updated with the latest financial news and market commentaries, which we hope you will find useful.  Our intention would be to do this via email.  We are conscious of the amount of junk email and promotional/marketing material that is often issued, but we do not send anything that we consider to be such.

Your right to opt out

Alternatively, you can opt out of any further contact at all (before the 25th May deadline).

You can opt out of any contact at any time in the future.  Simply email us and state your preferences.
