Experienced Financial Services Administrator (minimum 30 hours per week)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our busy team in our Norwich office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client transactions, managing clients’ accounts, and providing essential administrative support to a high net worth client bank and supporting one of our leading financial planners.  The role involves liaising with clients and providers, preparation of reports, assisting with maintaining the company’s database and ensuring that regulatory compliance requirements are met.

What are the key skills/experience you will need?

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a financial services administrative role is essential

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word and Intelligent Office
  • Diploma in Financial Services or equivalent professional qualifications would be desirable but not essential

Financial Services Administrator (minimum 20 hours per week)

We are seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join our busy Business Team in our Norwich office.  The successful candidate will be responsible for processing client transactions, preparing scheme renewals, managing scheme administration including Auto Enrolment assessments to ensure that new joiners, scheme leavers, claims etc are maintained accurately.  The role also involves maintaining client records, preparing new business client meeting packs, attending client premises to help with scheme administration along with other general administration duties as assigned.
