We are looking for an experienced individual to run our busy reception area including our switchboard and mail on Thursdays and Fridays (8.45am to 5pm). This is a job share arrangement and therefore flexibility would be required to provide cover for holiday and absences.

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT

This is an opportunity to join our busy Accounts team, ideal for someone looking to work or return to work in a small accounts office. Duties to include management of client and Insurer ledgers, reconciliation and payment of insurer statements, cashbooks, general accounts duties and filing. The successful candidate will be accurate, numerate and able to work within deadlines. Bookkeeping or basic accounting experience is essential.
