Gavin embarked on a career in the insurance industry straight from school. In his view, the success of Smith & Pinching GIS Ltd lies in the relationships forged with clients. This includes the acquisition of new clients via a strong presence and reputation and ensuring that existing relationships are built on and reinforced by a consistent and appropriate service.
Outside of work, Gavin enjoys music and one of his favourite concerts was Yes at Wembley Arena in 1978. He is an avid football fan and plays both squash and tennis.
