Goods in Transit
Goods in transit (also called cargo insurance) covers physical damage to, or loss of your goods whilst in transit by land, sea and air.
This can be one of the most common insurances to get wrong, probably best answered with a few simple questions:
- 1. When are you responsible for the Goods in Transit?
- 2. What is the correct sum insured to use?
- 3. Are the insurance arrangements of the courier/haulier sufficient for your needs?
